Rats And Mice

Rats and mice can also enter your home through pipes and drains. They also like to live in dark corners of closets, around your fireplace, around pipes going to water heaters and furnaces, etc.

You should also seal outdoor buildings and garages to prevent rodents from entering. Rats and mice can contaminate everything they touch with their feces and urine!

Rodent – Rats and mice in your living area? They can chew on your food, contaminate your food and property, chew on wires and anything in your home, and spread disease to your children, pets, and anything they touch or urinate on in your home! It’s important to get them out asap!

Homes have openings in them that lead into a house, and this is where rats, mice, and wildlife find their way in. For instance, the power supply for the stove has a wire that goes into a wall and right up to the attic. The same with a washer and dryer, and there could be several holes leading from outside your home to inside. All of these holes should be properly sealed with metal flashing to prevent future intrusions.
