Rats and mice can enter your property through any eave gaps, or spaces equally sized to bat entries, but also through your pipes and drains. While bats and squirrels focus on the roofline of your home and up, mice and rats can enter anywhere from the ground and up. Both rats and mice enjoy living in dark areas. A few examples could be in your closets, inside of your fireplace, but they raise their family in attics.
When preventing mice and rats, it is important to seal easier areas such as your garage door (leave it closed when it isn't in use), etc. When it comes to mice and rats, they contaminate everything that they touch.
At Ultimate Pro Wildlife Removal, we understand the havoc these mice and rats can cause. They’re problematic and need to go. That’s why we perform highly effective rodent control services that address foraging mice and rats.

All about rats
If you have mice and rats in your living space, then you might notices that they chew on your food, and this can lead to contaminating your food and the rest of property (i.e. droppings, and black marks randomly showing up). They chew on wires as well as everything else inside of property. Mice and rats can make your children and your pets sick because they spread diseases. If you suspect that you have mice or rats, then it's important to give us a call. Our experts will get them out of your house quickly.
Homes have openings in them that lead into a house, and this is where rats, mice and wildlife find their way in. Just to give an example, the power supply for your stove has a wire that goes into one of your walls, and right up to the attic. The same with a washer and dryer, and there could be several holes leading from outside your home to inside. All of these holes should be properly sealed to prevent future intrusions.
Rodent Removal Process
Ultimate Pro Wildlife Removal has been treating termites for 10 years. We’re wildlife experts and have a comprehensive process for finding, eliminating, and preventing termite infestations.
- A licensed wildlife technician will come to your property to conduct a thorough inspection to identify if you have mice/rats, and the severity of activity and damage. Based on the findings, the technician will develop a rodent removal proposal for you to review.
- Our expert wildlife technicians begin the process by trapping for the rodents that are currently running around in your home. However, it isn't enough to just trap for them because that's only population control. While the trapping process is going on, your wildlife technician will seal up any gap that's a 1/4" or bigger on your property. This is an extensive process, but when the project is completed, your property will be rodent proof. After the project has been completed, our expert wildlife technicians will go into your attic and eliminate any attractants that attract more wildlife in the future.
